The features on your website are things that you want your website to be able to do besides just showing static content (such as text or a picture that doesn't move).  For example, a system where you can receive payments is a feature on your website as is a function that allows people to have membership and to access otherwise hidden sections of a website (such as my tutorial section which requires WebYeah! membership).
